Distortion in Spacetime is a series of audio visual installations that explores spacetime and the most mysterious phenomenon in the universe: Black holes. A story across space and time. Here, beyond observation and human experience, only mathematics and imagination can comprehend what could or could not be. This artwork explore the science behind black holes and gravitational waves and the formation and destruction of galaxies. Generative video editions of Distortions in Spacetime are derivatives of the original interactive audio visual work, transformed into screen-based media. Each edition procedurally explores creation and destruction of galaxies. As we peer through the spacetime, every 4 minutes a new galaxy has been created.
