By transforming iconic scenes into geometric abstractions, it strips away narrative elements. Focusing on themes like Judith and Holofernes—historical subjects for testing painting techniques—the work analyzes compositional and color schemes through algorithms. The result is sixty "new preparatory drawings" on anodized aluminum, created through a reductive chemical process, merging historical themes with contemporary methods.
