Making the Best of It is a series of site-specific food installations and community meals that highlight climate-change-affected, often unwanted edible species. Through tastings and discussions, participants address climate risks, our food system, and short-term innovations. In Minnesota, Making the Best of It: Dandelion features orators, guides, and servers exploring climate change through dandelions. This web zine offers examples of public participatory projects examining how food, behavior, and perception influence our relationship with climate change.
